Pero su éxito no se quedaría ahí. Es uno de los temas más versionados de la historia, desde The Beatles a Whoopi Goldberg en su adictiva película de culto 'Sister Act'. Una de ellas fue la que grabaron en 1974 The Carpenters, con la que alcanzaron también el número 1 del Billboard a principios del año siguiente.
