La banda sonora de Ghost in the Shell presentó al mundo a Origa, una rusa afincada en el país del sol naciente que pone voz, junto a la soprano infantil Bel del Maestro y en tres idiomas, -latín, inglés y ruso-, al tema de apertura de la serie -Inner Universe- que fuera compuesto por su amiga Yoko Kanno.
